Suzanne Gibbs

Board Vice Chair, Co-Founder

Suzanne has over ten years of experience in higher education as a former Associate Dean of Students, and two years in her own consulting business helping clients with higher education products or services. She received her B.A. in psychology and sociology from the University of Richmond (Virginia) and her M.Ed. in counseling psychology and higher education administration from James Madison University.

She is a full time Mom of two. She has been actively involved in her children's schools, serving as Co-President of the Board of St. Paul’s Nursery School and on the boards of Little Wonders and The Carey School. Suzanne credits her late husband, Brian Gibbs, as her inspiration to start Field Middle.

Suzanne and her kids enjoy hiking, golf and travel, and spend as much time in national parks as possible.
