Allison Poggetti has a professional background in human resources, recruiting, and relationship management, with experience working across corporate, consulting, and school-based environments. Her work has focused on building relationships, supporting engagement, and aligning people and initiatives within mission-driven organizations.

Allison has been actively involved in school advancement and fundraising efforts across a variety of school communities. Her experience includes leading fundraising, marketing, and social media campaigns, as well as broader community engagement efforts at her sons’ school, including auctions and sponsorship programs.

As a parent of three boys, Allison brings a practical perspective on the evolving social and emotional needs of boys and is committed to supporting a mission focused on developing kind, thoughtful, and engaged young men.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Allison enjoys early-morning workouts with her husband, learning classical ballet, and sunny summer days spent lakeside with her family.
